Delete your Snaptale account

You can permanently delete your Snaptale account directly inside the app. No email required.
How to delete your account
- Open the Snaptale app on your device.
- Sign in with your Google account if you are not already signed in.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the menu.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete to confirm.
Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and returned to the sign-in screen.
What is deleted
- Your Snaptale account
- Your account details stored in our database (name, email, consent record)
- Your Firebase Authentication sign-in credentials
You can also choose to remove the following from your device during deletion:
- Stories saved on this device
- The AI model file downloaded to this device (~3.6 GB)
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and account data cannot be recovered.
